Thank you for shopping with Persnickety Pup! We know your pup can't wait to get their new gear, so here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but please be aware family emergencies may arise that may delay shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 and over
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 on orders under $50 (estimated 5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping — $15.00 (estimated 2-3 business days)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey straight to your door!
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at persnicketypupllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
